Measure the conditions
Identify the human, leadership, collective and structural conditions supporting or constraining sustainable performance.
The Organisational Vitality Index (OVI) is a developmental organisational diagnostic that measures the human, leadership, collective and organisational conditions that enable people and organisations to flourish, adapt and perform sustainably.
The OVI assesses vitality as a multilevel organisational phenomenon. It examines whether people have the personal capacity to engage and adapt, whether leaders create enabling conditions, whether teams function through healthy relational patterns, and whether organisational systems sustain performance over time.
Identify the human, leadership, collective and structural conditions supporting or constraining sustainable performance.
Read the overall OVI alongside domain balance, Architecture Alignment, priority dimensions and vitality patterns.
Translate diagnostic intelligence into focused leadership, work-design and organisational development priorities.
OVI reporting turns a four-domain vitality profile into focused organisational intelligence. It explains what is supporting sustainable performance, where constraints sit and where leadership attention may create the greatest benefit.
The public view explains the reporting architecture. Proprietary scoring formulas, reverse-keying and thresholds remain protected.
A high-level indication of organisational vitality.
Shows vitality across the human, leadership, collective and organisational architecture.
Shows whether vitality is balanced or whether weakness in one foundation is being compensated for elsewhere.
Identifies the specific conditions requiring protection, strengthening or intervention.
Provides an integrated developmental interpretation.
Highlights the strongest foundation, primary constraint and priority dimensions.
Identifies significant combinations and imbalances across the model.
Converts the profile into an understandable leadership narrative and a focused next step.
Four interdependent domains that enable people and organisations to flourish and perform sustainably. The approved V6 architecture below is preserved as the master visual framework.
A healthy overall score can conceal a significant weakness in one part of an interdependent system. OVI therefore reports both overall vitality and the coherence or balance across the four foundations.
Architecture Alignment helps leaders see whether vitality is broadly distributed or whether one domain is compensating for another. Proprietary scoring calculations remain behind the diagnostic interface.
Illustrative only. The live diagnostic calculates the actual organisational profile from assessment responses.
The OVI uses developmental organisational interpretations to help leadership understand the overall pattern and urgency of response. These are not medical or clinical classifications.
Vitality is strong and broadly distributed across the architecture.
Current functioning is adequate, with emerging caution signals requiring attention.
Performance may be maintained through depletion rather than sustainable capacity.
Current functioning is relatively stable, but learning, adaptability or renewal is constrained.
Multiple parts of the vitality architecture are under strain and require coordinated attention.
